• Watched a short video clip about theories of how the Earth is structured.
• Set up our vermi-composters. What are we going to use them for?
• Homework: Do sia7 p366 c&r #1-5 Read & Understand sia7 p368-376, omit p373-375

• Did vocabulary #31. Is your vocabulary set up properly?
• Talked about Planet Earth. Did the give it a try activity on sia 7 p350 & put it in our journals.
• READ & UNDERSTAND sia7 p352-362. You had 25 minutes of classtime to do this. What did you learn?
• HOMEWORK: sia7 p356 #1-4. Remember to format your assignment properly!

Today in SCIENCE we:

• Did Current Events. BE READY.
• Did not do vocabulary. Used this valuable time to review.
• Got our quizzes back, went over them.
• Handed our review booklets.
• Did our unit final for Structures & Forces! How did it go?
• Read sia7 p427.
• Worked on our Title page for Planet Earth. Due on Wednesday February 18th! That is LOTS & LOTS of time and it is something fun to do.

• Did vocabulary #30. These words were all on your quiz, some of those words you had seen before. Did that help?
• Did a quiz on sections 3 & 4. Do you understand the importance of READING & UNDERSTANDING ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS before you start?
• Got a review booklet for structures & forces. You will get ONE & ONLY ONE booklet. If you lose it, it is your responsibility to get yourself sorted out.
• The review booklet is due on MONDAY.
• UNIT FINAL MONDAY.

• Homework: sia7 p342-343 #12-18. Due Thursday, be ready to hand it in, you had class time to get it started.
